Ingredients
1.5 lbs of Chicken Wings
1 tbsp of Honey
1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 tbsp of Paprika
1 tbsp of Crushed Red Peppers
1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Honey
1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 tbsp of Paprika
1 tbsp of Crushed Red Peppers
1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2) In a large plastic bag combine the dry ingredients then insert the wings
Step 3) Thoroughly shake the bag until the wings are covered
Step 4) Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix
Step 5) Remove the wings from the bag and place them on a baking pan
Step 6) Pour half of the sauce on top of the wings then bake them for 20 minutes
Step 7) After 20 minutes has elapsed, flip the wings and pour the remaining sauce on them
Step 8) After 40 total minutes have elapsed, remove the pan from the oven and allow them to cool
