Ingredients
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Shredded American Cheese
1 tbsp of Chopped Chives
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/2 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 tbsp of Pink Salt
2 Strips of Bacon

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 400 F
Step 2) Bring a pot of water to a boil then insert the eggs
Step 3) Allow the eggs to cook for roughly 15 minutes then remove them from the pot
Step 4) Place the eggs in an ice bath in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow them to cool
Step 5) Insert the bacon into the oven and cook it for 10 minutes or to your desired crispiness
Step 6) After 10 minutes has elapsed, remove the bacon and allow it to cool
Step 7) Remove the eggs from the fridge, peel them then set them aside
Step 8) Crush the bacon into small pieces then place them in the bowl of eggs
Step 9) Add the chives, pepper and salt to the bowl of eggs then mash it all together
Step 10) Carefully roll the mixture into small balls then enjoy!
