Ingredients
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 tbsp of Rosemary
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Rosemary

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 400 F
Step 2) Using a mandolin or a handheld slicer, cut the sweet potatoes into chip sized pieces
Step 3) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the chips are thoroughly coated with oil
Step 4) On 2 baking sheets, evenly place the chips and bake them for 15 minutes or until a crispy texture is achieved
Step 5) After 15 minutes has elapsed, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes
Step 6) Repeat the above steps until all of the chips are baked
