Ingredients


1 tsp of Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 Cup of Softened Butter
2 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup of Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup of Flaxseed Meal
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 tsp of Baking Soda



Serving Size - 7 cookies


Instructions


Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F

Step 2) In a large bowl, combine the flour and meal together

Step 3) Using a secondary bowl, mix together the butter and whipping cream together until thoroughly mixed

Step 4) Add the the flour and meal into the wet ingredients and mix together to achieve a crumble like texture

Step 5) Then add the baking powder and soda into the mixture and mix for another 60 seconds

​Step 6) Add the egg and Xyla to the bowl, mixing until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed

Step 7) Roll the mixture into small dough balls then using the bottom of a jar/cup press them down into patties

Step 8) Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the cookies then bake them in the oven for 15 minutes

Step 9) Once 15 minutes have elapsed, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes to solidify
