Ingredients
1 Cup of Strawberries
16 Oz of Cream Cheese
1.5 Cups of Granola
1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
16 Oz of Cream Cheese

Serving Size - 10 Balls
Instructions
Step 1) Combine the granola and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl
Step 2) Roll the mixture into circular balls then refrigerate them for 2 hours to allow them to solidify
Step 3) In a blender add the strawberries, cream and milk, blending until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Once 2 hours has elapsed remove the balls from the fridge and coat them in the strawberry mixture
Step 5) After all of the balls are coated, place them in the freezer for 2-3 hours until they have solidified
