Ingredients
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Almond Flour
4 tbsp of Coconut Flour
1 Cup of Strawberries
2 tbsp of Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
Coconut Oil Spray

Serving Size - 9 Pancakes
Instructions
Step 1) Set a small pan on a low heating and allow it roughly 4 minutes to heat up
Step 2) Combine the 4 oz of cream cheese, egg, and 1 tbsp of butter to a blender then blend for 1 minutes
Step 3) Add the baking powder, flours and cinnamon then blend again until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Grease the pan with 1/2 tbsp of butter then spray a light coating of coconut spray onto the pan
Step 5) Pour a small portion of batter into the pan then cover it with a lid for 2 minutes
Step 6) After 2 minutes have elapsed, flip the pancake and allow it to cook on the other side for another 2 minutes
Step 7) Using a hand blender add the remaining cream cheese and strawberries
Step 8) Blend for 1-2 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 9) Once all of your batter has been used pour the strawberry sauce on top of your pancakes and enjoy!
