SPINACH DIP

Ingredients


3 Slices of Bacon
4 oz of Cream Cheese
2 stalks of Chopped Celery
1/2 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
6 oz of Fresh Spinach
1.5 oz of grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup of Sour Cream
1 tbsp of chopped Fresh Basil
1/2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1/2 tbsp of Lemon Juice

Instructions


Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F

Step 2) Begin frying the bacon over medium heat, cook to your desired crispiness

Step 3) Once the bacon is done, remove it from the pan and lay it on some paper towels

Step 4) Add the spinach to the bacon pan with grease, once it’s wilted set it aside

Step 5) In a bowl combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, pepper, garlic and basil

Step 6) Mix everything together then crush the bacon into small bits and add it to the bowl

Step 7) Then add the spinach and lemon juice and mix again

Step 8) Add the parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix one final time until everything is thoroughly mixed

Step 9) Divide the mixture into 2-3 ramekins and bake it in oven for 25 minutes

Step 10) Then broil on a low setting for 3-4 additional minutes for a golden brown texture

Step 11) Once the designated time has elapsed remove them from the oven and enjoy!
