Ingredients
2 Cups of Finely shredded Pecorino Cheese
2 Jalapenos
1/5 lb of Prosciutto
1 tsp of Garlic powder
1 tsp of Onion powder
1 tsp of Ground Oregano
2 Jalapenos

Instructions
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) Pour the 2 cups of cheese into a mixing bowl along with the garlic/onion powder and oregano
Step 3) Mix the ingredients together then pour roughly 1 cup each of cheese onto a baking sheet
Step 4) Evenly spread the cheese on the baking sheet but be careful to avoid cheese near the pan's edges
Step 5) Place the sheet in the oven and allow it to bake for 30 minutes
Step 6) Cut the 2 jalapenos into circular pieces and set them aside
Step 7) After 30 minutes has elapsed place the pan in the freezer for 3 hours then in the fridge for 2 hours
Step 8) Add the prosciutto and jalapeños on top of the cheese sticks and enjoy!
