Ingredients (Yields 3 Tacos)
1/3 lb of Shrimp
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp of ground pepper
1/2 tbsp of salt
3 Low Carb Taco Shells
1/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Avocado
1/4 Cup of Chopped Red Onions
1 tbsp of crushed garlic
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/3 Cup of chopped lettuce
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp of ground pepper
1/2 tbsp of salt
3 Low Carb Taco Shells
1/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Avocado
1/4 Cup of Chopped Red Onions
1 tbsp of crushed garlic
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/3 Cup of chopped lettuce
Instructions
Step 1) Set a pan to a low heat setting then coat the pan in olive oil and butter
Step 2) On a plate slice the avocado into cube sized pieces then place them aside
Step 3) Place the shrimp in the pan then coat them fully in butter, olive oil and juice
Step 4) Once they are fully coated turn the heat setting up 1 notch higher
Step 5) Place a lid on the pan and allow them to cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 6) After the designated time has elapsed turn off the stove and let them sit for 5 additional minutes
Step 6) While the pan is cooling off, place the cheese, lettuce, avocado and onions in the taco shells
Step 7) Once the pan has finished cooling, place the shrimp into the tacos and enjoy!
