Ingredients
1 lb of Ground Meat
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 tbsp of Onion Powder
4 Jalapenos Minced
4 Pieces of Garlic Minced
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Lime
2 tbsp of Heavy Cream
4 Hard boiled Eggs
1 tbsp of Salt

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2) Fill a medium sized pot with water and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Insert 4 eggs into the pot and allow them to cook for 24 minutes
Step 4) Put Ice and Cold Water into a small bowl then insert the eggs in the bowl once 24 minutes have elapsed
Step 5) Allow the bowl to refrigerate for 24 hours before peeling the hard boiled eggs
Step 6) In a large bowl insert the lemon juice, jalapenos, garlic, onion powder, lime juice, heavy cream, salt and pepper
Step 7) Insert the ground meat to the bowl and mix it all together for a nice consistency
Step 8) Take a handful of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball that fully covers the hard-boiled egg
Step 9) Insert the baking pan with the Scottish Eggs into the oven and allow them to cook for 35 minutes
