Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower
2-4 Sheets of Nori
1/4 lb of Salmon
6 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Zucchini
2-4 Sheets of Nori
1/4 lb of Salmon
6 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Zucchini
Instructions
Step 1) Using a food processor or blender, rice the entire head of cauliflower then set aside in a bowl
Step 2) Take the salmon and thinly slice the fish into long string-like segments, do the same with the zucchini
Step 3) Thoroughly mix the cream cheese with the rice until there are no noticeable lumps
Step 4) Using a bamboo roller place the sheet of nori with the rough side face-up on the roller
Step 5) Be sure to dampen your hands with water so that your fingers do not stick to the nori when rolling it
Step 6) Take roughly a handful of rice in your hand and spread it out along the nori sheet
Step 7) Be sure to leave roughly half an inch of space between the bottom of the sheet and the rice
Step 8) Carefully place the slices of salmon and zucchini in the middle of the rice layer on the nori sheet
Step 9) Begin to curl your fingers away from you while simultaneously rolling the roll
Step 10) As you begin to roll make sure you are gently pressing the layer of rice, salmon and zucchini back into the roll
Step 11) Be sure to use the bamboo roller a few times over on the roll until the nori has stuck to the sushi
Step 12) Dampen a sharp knife with water and cut the sushi roll right down the middle
Step 13) Align both sides of the roll so that the ends are sticking outward then cut the roll from left to right
Step 14) Repeat the above steps as many times as you would like depending upon your serving size
