Ingredients
1 Whole Artichoke
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
2 tbsp of Mayo
1/4 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp of Greek Yogurt
1/4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/4 tbsp of Heavy Cream
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
2 tbsp of Mayo
1/4 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 400 F
Step 2) Lay out the artichoke and remove the exterior leaves that look withered
Step 3) Using a knife, cut the tops of the artichoke leaves off
Step 4) Cut the artichoke in half then lay each side face up with the inside showing outwards
Step 5) Drizzle the olive oil and juice equally on each artichoke half
Step 6) Sprinkle the pepper, salt and garlic powder on top of each half
Step 7) Flip the halves so that they are facing down and bake them in the oven for roughly 30 minutes
Step 8) In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix until a thorough consistency is reached
Step 9) Once the designated time has elapsed remove the artichoke from the oven and enjoy!
