Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 Cup of Cashews
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Cashews

Instructions
Step 1) Using a blender/food processor, insert the chocolate chunks and blend them on a high setting for 30 seconds
Step 2) Pour the cashews in and blend them again for an additional 30 seconds until they are minced
Step 3) In a large bowl place the cream cheese then pour the chocolate cashew mixture in
Step 4) Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients then roll them into small balls
Step 5) Place all of the “drops” on a baking sheet and freeze them for 2 hours to allow them to solidify
