Ingredients
1 Cup of Raspberries
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Almonds
1 stick of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Almonds
1 stick of Cream Cheese
Instructions
Step 1) In a medium sauce pot heat 1 stick of cream cheese and 2 cups of almond milk
Step 2) Once the cream cheese is thoroughly mixed, add 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and stir until consistent
Step 3) In a blender add 1 cup of raspberries and 1/4 cup of water then blend until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Crush 1 cup of almonds into small pieces and spread them out on a baking pan
Step 5) Add the chocolate cream sauce into a baking pan covered in crushed almonds and freeze it for 6 hours
Step 6) Pour the raspberry sauce on top of the frozen chocolate then freeze for another 24 hours then enjoy!
