Ingredients
4 Eggs
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Almond Flour
4 tbsp of Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup of Chopped Pumpkin
2 tbsp of Butter
1/2 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
Coconut Oil Spray
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Almond Flour
4 tbsp of Coconut Flour

2 tbsp of Butter
1/2 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream

Serving Size - 12 to 14 Pancakes
Instructions
Step 1) Set a small pan on a low heating and allow it roughly 4 minutes to heat up
Step 2) Combine the 4 oz of cream cheese, eggs and 1 tbsp of butter in a blender then blend for 2-3 minutes
Step 3) Add the baking powder and flours then blend again until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Grease the pan with 1 tbsp of butter then spray a light coating of coconut spray onto the pan
Step 5) Pour a small portion of batter into the pan then cover it with a lid for 2 minutes
Step 6) After roughly 1 minute has elapsed, flip the pancake and allow it to cook on the other side for another minute
Step 7) Once 4 minutes total have elapsed remove the pancake from the pan, spray the pan then begin another pancake
Step 8) Using a secondary blender, add the remaining cream cheese, pumpkin, almond milk, heavy cream and cinnamon
Step 9) Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 10) Once all of your pancake batter has been used pour the pumpkin sauce on top of your pancakes and enjoy!
