Ingredients (Cloud Bread)
3 Raw Eggs
1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Sugar (Xyla)
1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Sugar (Xyla)
Instructions (Cloud Bread)
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 300
Step 2) In 2 bowls separate the egg whites and yolks from each other
Step 3) Pour the powder into the bowl with egg whites and whisk it until a whipped cream like texture is formed
Step 4) Put the cream cheese and sugar into the bowl with egg yolks and stir until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 5) Using a spatula, pour small amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites, folding the mixture into itself
Step 6) Use only half of the yolk mixture and repeat the above step until a light yellowish color is visible in the mixture
Step 7) Pour the mixture on the pan in small circular patterns, be sure to leave room between the each one
Step 8) Bake the pan in the oven for 20 minutes
Step 9) Refrigerate the cloud bread in the fridge for 24 hours to allow it to firm up

1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 tbsp fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 tbsp fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
Instructions (BBQ Sauce)
Step 1) In a medium sized pot pour the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, pepper, powders and cream
Step 2) Bring the pot to a boil and stir the sauce every 10 minutes for 1 hour
Step 3) Place the pot in the fridge and allow it to refrigerate for 2 hours

Ingredients (Pulled Pork)
1 tsp of Olive Oil
1 head of Butter Lettuce
1/2 whole Red Onion
1/4 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb of Pork Shoulder
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
1/5 cup of Water
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 Chopped Red Onion
1 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1 cup of BBQ Sauce
1 head of Butter Lettuce
1/2 whole Red Onion
1/4 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb of Pork Shoulder
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
1/5 cup of Water
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 Chopped Red Onion
1 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1 cup of BBQ Sauce
Instructions (Pulled Pork)
Step 1) In a crock pot pour the Olive Oil and spread it around the bottom of the pot
Step 2) Insert the rest of the above ingredients and thoroughly mix them together for 1-2 minutes
Step 3) Set the crock pot time to 10 hours and allow it to cook
Step 4) Once 10 hours has elapsed lay down a layer of cloud bread and mozzarella cheese
Step 5) Using a pair of tongs grab a good sized portion of pork from the crock pot and allow the juices to drain
Step 6) Once the pork is strained insert a layer of meat onto the cheese, then add your onion rings and lettuce
Step 7) Add the last layer of cloud bread on top and enjoy!
