Ingredients
1 Whole Parsnip
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Pink Salt
2 Tbsp of Ground Pepper
2 Tbsp of Spicy Thyme
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2) Using a mandolin or a handheld slicer, cut the parsnip into chip sized pieces
Step 3) In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the chips are thoroughly coated
Step 4) On a baking sheet evenly place the chips and bake them for 24 minutes or until a crispy texture is achieved
Step 5) After 30 minutes has elapsed, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool
