Ingredients
1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1/5 cup of Heavy Cream
1 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Salt
1/3 lb of Shrimp
1.5 cups of Zoodles
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Lemon Zest
1/5 cup of Heavy Cream
1 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Salt
1/3 lb of Shrimp
1.5 cups of Zoodles
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Lemon Zest
Instructions
Step 1) In a medium sized sauce pan add the olive oil to grease the pan then the shrimp, coating them in oil
Step 2) Turn on the stove to a 2-3 heat setting depending upon how you like your shrimp cooked
Step 3) Place a cover on the pan and allow the shrimp to cook for 5 minutes
Step 4) Once 5 minutes has elapsed, add the onion powder, pepper, salt, garlic and 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Step 5) Turn the stove setting down to "low" and cover the pan, allowing it to cook for 10 minutes
Step 6) Once 10 minutes has elapsed pour the heavy cream into the pan
Step 7) Place the cover back on the pan and turn the heat back up to 2-3, cooking it for 5 more minutes
Step 8) In a separate medium sized pan add the olive oil, thoroughly greasing the pan
Step 9) Turn the stove to a "low" heat setting and allow the pan to warm up
Step 10) Once the pan is warm, add the zoodles along with the lemon juice
Step 11) Place a cover on the pan and allow it to sauté in the juice for 5 minutes
Step 12) After 5 minutes has elapsed turn both of the stove sections off and allow both pans to sit for 5 more minutes
Step 13) Remove the zoodles and shrimp from the pan, sprinkle lemon zest on top of the dish then enjoy!
