Ingredients
2 Cups of Grounded Almonds
2 Cups of Grounded Cashews
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Stick of Cream Cheese
1/2 tbsp of Cinnamon
2 tbsp of Lemon Pulp
2 Cups of Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Step 1) Combine the nuts, cream cheese, lemon pulp and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl then mix
Step 2) Roll the mixture into circular patties using a mason jar lid
Step 3) Put the patties in the freezer for 2 hours to allow their shape to solidify
Step 4) In a small sauce pan add 1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips, 1/3 Heavy Cream and 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Pulp
Step 5) Stir the ingredients in the pan until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 6) After 2 hours has elapsed remove the patties from the freezer and carefully place them in the sauce pan
Step 7) Once all the patties have been fully coated in chocolate sauce place them back on the baking sheet
Step 8) Put the patties back into the freezer for 2-3 hours and enjoy!
