Ingredients
3 Lemons
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Almonds
8 oz of Cream Cheese

Instructions
Step 1) Insert the lemons' interior, cream cheese and milk into a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes
Step 2) Once a smooth consistency is reached add the almonds and vanilla extract
Step 3) Blend for an additional 5 minutes on a high setting until a creamy texture is achieved
Step 4) Pour the lemon mixture into a baking pan, be sure to spread it evenly around the pan
Step 5) Put the pan in the freezer for 24 hours to allow it to solidify
