Ingredients (Cloud Bread)
2 Raw Eggs
1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Cream Cheese
Instructions (Cloud Bread)
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) In 2 bowls separate the egg whites and yolks from each other
Step 3) Pour the powder into the bowl with egg whites and whisk it until a whipped cream like texture is formed
Step 4) Put the cream cheese into the egg yolk bowl and stir until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 5) Using a spatula, pour small amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites, folding the mixture into itself
Step 6) Use only half of the yolk mixture and repeat the above step until a light yellowish color is visible in the mixture
Step 7) Pour the mixture on the pan in small circular patterns, be sure to leave room between the each one
Step 8) Bake the pan in the oven for 20 minutes
Step 9) Refrigerate the cloud bread in the fridge for 24 hours to allow it to firm up

1/2 lb of Sirloin
2 Eggs
2 Slices of Bacon
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Thyme
3 tbsp of Butter
3 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Eggs
2 Slices of Bacon
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Thyme
3 tbsp of Butter
3 tbsp of Olive Oil
Instructions (Steak and Eggs)
Step 1) In a medium sized pan coat it with 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and heat it on a medium-low setting
Step 2) Dry rub the sirloin with the pepper, salt and thyme then insert it into the pan
Step 3) Cook the sirloin to your desired level, flipping it onto each side every 60 seconds
Step 4) In a separate pan, heat it on a low setting, coating it with 1 tbsp of butter
Step 5) Once the pan is coated, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil into the pan then coat it thoroughly
Step 6) Pour the egg into the pan, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes
Step 7) Roughly 4-5 minutes into the sirloin cooking, insert the remaining butter and finish searing
Step 8) Cook the second egg the same way as the first then remove both from the pan
Step 9) After the sirloin is cooked to your liking remove it from the pan then insert the bacon strips
Step 10) Cook the bacon to your desired liking then remove it from the pan and set it aside
Step 11) Once all the steak ,eggs and bacon are all finished cooking assemble them together with the cloud bread and enjoy!
