2 CUPS HALF N HALF
1 TSP GROUND CINNAMON
1 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
6 LARGE EGG YOLKS
1/2 CUP SWERVE
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM

Serving Size - 4 Glasses
Instructions
Step 1) Combine Half N Half, cinnamon & nutmeg in a pot over low heat
Step 2) Once pot comes to a boil remove from heat
Step 3) In a separate bowl combine swerve and egg yolks, mix until well combined
Step 4) Carefully temper hot mixture with egg yolks, mixing until well combined
Step 5) Place pot over low heat until mixture begins to thicken
Step 6) Pour heavy cream & vanilla extract into pot, mixing as you go
Step 7) Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes then enjoy!
