JALAPENO POPPERS

Ingredients


3 Eggs
3 Pieces of Bacon
1/3 tbsp of Heavy Cream
3 Jalapeños
3 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Salt
1/4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions


Step 1) Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F

Step 2) On a baking sheet place 3 pieces of bacon and cook them for 20 minutes

Step 3) Mince 2 jalapenos and add them to a small mixing bowl

Step 4) Add 3 eggs, 3 oz of cream cheese, ground pepper, salt and cream into the bowl

Step 5) Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 6) Once the bacon has cooked remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes

Step 7) Increase the temperature to 375 degrees F on the oven

Step 8) In a muffin pan insert the bacon and curl itself into a circular pattern

Step 9) Slowly pour the egg mixture into the muffin pan slots, filling each one up roughly 2/3 of the way (they will rise)

Step 10) Cut the 3rd jalapeno into circular pieces and set them aside

Step 11) Add a pinch of Mozzarella cheese into the cups and then insert a jalapeno piece in the middle of each cup

Step 12) Cook the Poppers for 22 minutes then allow them to cool for 5 minutes after they've finished cooking
