Ingredients


1 Cup of Grapes
1/2 Cup of Sliced Strawberries
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk

Serving Size - 1 Smoothie

Instructions


Step 1) Insert the grapes and almond milk into the blender then blend for 3-4 minutes

Step 2) Once a smooth consistency is reached add the cheese and strawberries

Step 3) Blend for an additional 5 minutes on a high setting until a creamy texture is achieved
