Ingredients
1 Jalapeño
3 Raw Eggs
2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Salt
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
1 Cup of Cilantro
1 tbsp of Lime Juice
6 pieces of peeled Garlic
3 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Water
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
3 Raw Eggs
2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Salt

1 Cup of Cilantro
1 tbsp of Lime Juice
6 pieces of peeled Garlic
3 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Water
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) In a blender add all of the ingredients for the cilantro mixture and blend it for 2 minutes
Step 3) Once a smooth consistency is reached set aside the vinaigrette in a bowl
Step 4) Using patty molds, put 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese into each of the molds then place them on a baking sheet
Step 5) Insert the sheet into the oven and allow it to cook for 10 minutes
Step 6) Once 10 minutes have elapsed put the sheet into the fridge and allow it to cool for 3-4 hours
Step 7) Increase the heat on the oven to 350 F
Step 8) Remove the cheese from the patty molds and insert 3 raw eggs into one of the molds
Step 9) Put the eggs in the oven and cook for them 20 minutes
Step 10) After 24 minutes have elapsed remove them from the oven and insert them into the freezer for 5 minutes
Step 11) Cut the jalapeno into circular pieces then do the same with the avocado
Step 12) Assemble the cheese patties, eggs, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro vinaigrette to your liking then enjoy!
