3 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Diced Onion
1/4 Cup of Diced Celery
1 tbsp of Mustard
1 Avocado
1 tbsp of Mayo
1/4 tbsp of Pink Salt
1/4 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/4 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions
Step 1) Bring a medium pot full of water to a boil
Step 2) Insert the eggs and allow them to boil for 30 minutes
Step 3) After 30 minutes has elapsed, remove the pot from the stove and refrigerate for 24 hours
Step 4) Peel the eggs then slice each one vertically and place the yolk into the pot
Step 5) Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot then mix until a thorough consistency is reached
Step 6) Place a dollop of the egg mixture into the hollowed-out egg and enjoy!
