Ingredients
1 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 Cup of Unsalted Softened Butter
4 eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp of Salt
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup of Cranberries
1/2 Cup of Unsalted Softened Butter

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and 4 oz of cream cheese
Step 3) Add the eggs, vanilla extract and heavy cream then mix until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt
Step 5) Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing as you go
Step 6) Mix all the ingredients until no chunks are visible
Step 7) Bake the pan in the oven for roughly 30-45 minutes or until a solid center is achieved
Step 8) In a blender combine the remaining 4 oz of cream cheese and cranberries
Step 9) Blend them together until a relatively thick texture is achieved
Step 10) After the cake has finished baking remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes
Step 11) After 10 minutes have elapsed, spread the cranberry mixture on top of the cake
Step 12) Refrigerate the cake for 4-6 hours to allow the icing on top to solidify then enjoy!
