Ingredients
1 Cup of Coconut Water
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
Serving Size - 8 Disks
Instructions
Step 1) Add the coconut water and heavy cream to a blender then blend for 2-3 minutes on a high setting
Step 2) Then place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend for another 2-3 minutes
Step 3) Pour the coconut mixture into a baking pan and place it in the freezer for 24 hours
Step 4) Once 24 hours have elapsed, using a mason jar lid or egg ring, cut small disk like holes in the frozen mixture
Step 5) Remove the excess mixture surrounding the cuts into another bowl so that only the disks remain in the pan
Step 6) Freeze the disks for another 24 hours to re-solidify them
