Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/3 tsp of Salt
1/3 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/3 tsp of Salt
1/3 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Baking Powder
Serving Size - 2 Eggs
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 450 F
Step 2) Separate the egg whites and yolks in two small bowls
Step 3) Season the egg whites with the salt and pepper then add in the baking powder
Step 4) Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks begin to form, the texture will resemble whipped cream
Step 5) Evenly place medium sized dollops of the egg whites on the baking sheet
Step 6) Carefully indent the center of each egg white cloud then insert an egg yolk in the center
Step 7) Bake the egg whites for roughly 3-4 minutes until the yolks are just set
Step 8) Then set your oven to a low broil setting and cook them for an additional 3-4 minutes
Step 9) Remove them from the oven after about 3 minutes have elapsed and allow them to cool for a few minutes
