Ingredients
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Pink Salt
2 Large Eggs
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
4 oz of Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/5 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1/4 Tsp Pink Salt

2 Tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream

Serving Size - 8 to 9 brownies
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) Combine the vanilla, salt and eggs in a large bowl then mix until well combined
Step 3) Melt the butter and 1/4 Cup of chocolate in a double boiler then whisk together until thoroughly mixed
Step 4) Pour the chocolate mixture into the mixture from Step 1, mixing until well combined
Step 5) In a separate bowl combine the almond flour and cocoa powder
Step 6) Slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until a thorough consistency is reached
Step 7) Pour the batter into the baking pan, if using a muffin tin only fill each compartment halfway
Step 8) Bake in the oven for 20-26 minutes, keep an eye on it throughout the process
Step 9) Using a toothpick insert one into the middle of a brownie, if it comes out clean remove them from the oven
Step 10) Allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes
Step 11) In a blender combine the remaining chocolate chips, cream cheese and heavy whipping cream
Step 12) Using a small plastic baggy insert the above ingredients into the bag and decorate the brownies to your liking!
