Ingredients
5 Strips of Bacon
1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Crushed Almonds
1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Crushed Almonds
Serving Size - 5 Bacon Strips
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 °F
Step 2) Lay out the 5 strips of bacon evenly on a baking pan
Step 3) Bake the bacon in oven for roughly 30 minutes depending upon the crispiness you prefer
Step 4) Once that time has expired, remove the bacon from the oven and allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes
Step 5) Pour the bacon grease from the pan into a small bowl then add the heavy cream and chocolate
Step 6) Microwave the bowl for 60 seconds and stir until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 7) In a plastic bag add the almonds then use a mallet to crush the almonds
Step 8) Pour the chocolate sauce on top of the bacon then sprinkle the almonds on top
Step 9) Refrigerate the bacon in the fridge for 2-3 hours to allow it to solidify
