Ingredients


8 oz of Cream Cheese
4 tbsp of Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp of Butter
​4 Eggs
1.5 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
Coconut Oil Spray



Serving Size - 9 Pancakes

Instructions


Step 1) Set a small pan on a low heating and allow it roughly 3 minutes to heat up

​Step 2) Combine the 4 oz of cream cheese, eggs and 1 tbsp of butter to a blender then blend for 2-3 minutes

Step 3) Add the baking powder, flour and cinnamon then blend again until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 4) Grease the pan with 1 tbsp of butter then spray a light coating of coconut spray onto the pan

Step 5) Pour a small portion of batter into the pan then cover it with a lid for 2 minutes

Step 6) After 2 minutes have elapsed, flip the pancake and allow it to cook on the other side for another 2 minutes

Step 7) Once 4 minutes total have elapsed remove the pancake from the pan, spray the pan then begin another pancake

Step 8)  Using a secondary blender, add the remaining cream cheese, chips and almond milk

Step 9) Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 10) Once all of your pancake batter has been used, pour the chocolate sauce on top of your pancakes and enjoy!
