Ingredients (Donuts) - Yields 8
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Eggnog
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Coconut Spray

Ingredients (Chocolate Icing)
1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (OPTIONAL)
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat oven to 350 F / 176 C
Step 2) Combine all of the dry ingredients
Step 3) Combine all of the wet ingredients
Step 4) Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing as you go
Step 5) Bake the tray in the oven for 12-15 minutes
Step 6) Remove the donuts from the tray and cool them on a rack for 5 minutes
Step 7) Combine all of the ingredients for the icing until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 8) Carefully dip the top of the donuts into the icing then sprinkle walnuts on top
Step 9) Freeze for 5 minutes then remove from freezer and enjoy!
