Ingredients
Berry Bake
1 Cup of Chopped Pistachios
1.5 Cups of Coconut Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp of Agave Nectar
2 Cups of Almond Milk
Dark Chocolate Strawberry Sauce
1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Cups of Strawberries
1/3 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Chopped Pistachios

1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Cups of Strawberries
1/3 Cup of Water
Instructions
Step 1) Blend together the berries and almond milk in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 2) Pour the blended mixture into a medium sized baking pan and put it in the freezer for 1 hour
Step 3) Mix together the eggs, agave nectar, milk, cream, pistachios and coconut flour in a bowl until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Once an hour has elapsed take the pan out of the freezer and pour the mixture from Step 3 into the pan
Step 5) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 6) Put the pan in the oven and bake it for 45 minutes or until mixture has fully risen
Step 7) After 45 minutes has elapsed put the pan in the fridge and let it cool for 24 hours
Step 8) Pour the chocolate chips in a small saucepan and put it on a low heat setting
Step 9) After 4-5 minutes of stirring add 1/3 cup of almond milk then 1/3 cup of heavy cream
Step 10) In a blender add the Strawberries and Cup of Water then blend until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 11) Add the Strawberry mixture to the saucepan and stir for 5-10 minutes
Step 12) Once the sauce is completely smooth and creamy, store it in the fridge for 24 hours
Step 13) After 24 hours has elapsed simply heat the berry bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 300 F
Step 14) The chocolate sauce can be heated up on the stove=top at a low setting
Step 15) Pour the sauce over the berry bake and enjoy!
