Ingredients
1/2 Chicken Breast
2 Cups of Mixed Greens
1 Tomato
1/3 Cup of Chopped Red Onions
1/4 Cup of Pecorino Romano
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 tbsp of Heavy Cream
2 Cups of Mixed Greens

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) Bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes
Step 3) Once the designated time has elapsed remove it from the oven and allow it 5 minutes to cool
Step 4) In a small bowl combine the mustard, olive oil, vinaigrette and heavy cream into a dressing
Step 5) Take the chicken and chop it into bite sized pieces then place it in a large bowl
Step 6) Add the remaining ingredients into the large bowl except for the dressing
Step 7) Pour the dressing on top of the salad and enjoy!
