Chicken salad boats

Ingredients


1/2 Cup Of Mayo
​1 Bell Pepper
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 Cups of Cooked Chicken Meat
1 Celery Stalk Chopped
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette 

1 tbsp. Heavy Cream

Instructions


Step 1) In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the mayo, pepper, powder, juice, vinaigrette, cream and celery

Step 2) Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached

​Step 3) Slice 1 Bell Pepper in half then hollow out the center

Step 4) Using a spoon, fill the inside of the bell pepper with the chicken mixture then enjoy!
