Ingredients
1 Cup of Flaxseed Meal
1/2 tbsp Xyla
2 tbsp of Melted Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup of Cherries
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/4 of Pink Salt
1/2 tbsp Xyla
2 tbsp of Melted Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder

Serving Size - 6 Muffins
Instructions
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all of the dry ingredients
Step 3) Then in a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients
Step 4) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mixing them all together
Step 5) Pour roughly 1/4 cup worth of batter into 6 muffin liners on the baking pan
Step 6) Bake for roughly 15 minutes until the centers firm up
Step 8) After 15 minutes has elapsed remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes
Step 9) Place them in the fridge for 24 hours or enjoy!
