Ingredients
2 Raw Eggs
1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Bacon Crumbles
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Bacon Crumbles
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Serving Size - 2 Pieces
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) Separate the whites and yolks in 2 separate bowls
Step 3) Add the powder to the egg whites and whisk until a whipped cream like texture is achieved
Step 4) Mix the cream cheese and yolks together until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 5) Slowly pour small amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites folding the mixture into itself
Step 6) Pour the mixture on a baking pan, use a mason jar lid or egg ring as a guide
Step 7) Bake the pan in the oven for 20 minutes, be careful not to bake it for too long
Step 8) Once the designated time has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes
Step 9) Set the oven to a "Low Broil" setting and give it a few minutes to switch settings
Step 10) Sprinkle the cheese and bacon crumbles on top of the bread then put the pan back in the oven for 2-3 minutes
Step 11) Once the cheese has melted, remove it from the oven
Step 12) Allow the pan to cool for 5 minutes then place it in the fridge for 24 hours or enjoy!
