Ingredients
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 stick of Monterrey Cheese
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/2 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 stick of Monterrey Cheese
Serving Size - 8 to 10 balls
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) In a large bowl combine the beef, powder, pepper and salt
Step 3) Thoroughly mix all of the above ingredients together
Step 4) Remove the cheese from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature
Step 5) Once the cheese is soft, place it in the bowl and mold it by hand into small balls
Step 6) Cover the cheese balls with ground beef then place them on the baking sheet
Step 7) Bake the pan in the oven for 24-30 minutes
Step 8) Once the designated time has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool
