 CHAULIFLOWER casserole

Ingredients


1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Jalapeno Minced
1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
1/3 Cup of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Onion Powder
2 Cups of Chopped Chicken
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Salt
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
4 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions


Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 375 F

Step 2) In a medium sauce pot heat the marinara sauce and cream cheese then stir until completely consistent

Step 3) Add the heavy cream into the pot then stir until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 4) Pour the onion powder, pepper and salt into the pot then stir it all together

Step 5) Using a ricer or blender, rice the cauliflower into small pebble sized pieces

Step 6) Add 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese and minced jalapeno into the baking pan then spread it around evenly

Step 7) Transfer the riced cauliflower to the baking pan and layer it on top of the cheese

Step 8) Layer the 2 cups of chopped chicken in top of the cheese and cauliflower

Step 9) Pour the marinara sauce mixture into the baking pan then add the last 2 cups of cheese on top of it

Step 10) Bake the pan in the oven for 24 minutes then broil it on a low setting for 5-6 minutes
