Ingredients


Half Cantaloupe
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk

Serving Size - 2 Smoothies

Instructions


Step 1) Insert the cantaloupe and almond milk into the blender then blend for 3-4 minutes

Step 2) Once a smooth consistency is reached add the vanilla extract and cream cheese

Step 3) Blend for an additional 5 minutes on a high setting until a creamy texture is achieved
