Ingredients
1.5 Cups of Pecan Halves
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Crushed Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Crushed Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
Serving Size - 14 to 20 Cans
Instructions
Step 1) Place the cream cheese in a bowl along with the heavy cream
Step 2) Mix the ingredients until the cream has combined with the cheese
Step 3) Crush the pecan halves in a plastic bag then pour them into the bowl
Step 4) Do the same with the chocolate chunks then add them to the bowl
Step 5) Combine the above ingredients and roll them into small balls
Step 6) Place them on a baking sheet and freeze them for 3-4 hours to allow them to solidify
Step 7) After the designated time has elapsed, remove the pan from the freezer and enjoy!
