Ingredients
3 Eggs
2 Strips of Raw Bacon
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Pink Salt
1/2 Cabbage
1/2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat your oven to 375 F
Step 2) Heat your pan on a low heat setting then coat it with the butter
Step 3) Lay the strips of bacon on a baking pan then bake them in the oven for 20 minutes or to your desired crispiness
Step 4) In a bowl combine the eggs, cream, pepper and salt as if you were making an omelette
Step 5) Coat the pan with the olive oil then pour the egg mixture in
Step 6) Move your spatula around the pan, pulling the eggs off of the bottom until the eggs begin to solidify
Step 7) Once the eggs have begun to solidify place a lid on top of your pan and turn off the stove, letting it cook for 6 minutes
Step 8) After 20 minutes has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes
Step 9) Prepare the cabbage cups on the plate then scoop the eggs into the cups
Step 10) Crush the bacon strips into small pieces then sprinkle them on top of the egg cups and enjoy!
