Ingredients
QUICHE FILLING
6 Large Eggs
1.5 cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
QUICHE CRUST
1.5 Cups of Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) Mix Almond Flour, Oregano and salt to a mixing bowl
Step 3) Add Olive Oil to the dough and mix it in
Step 4) Roll the dough into a ball, add 1 tsp more of oil to get the consistency right
Step 5) Spread the dough out into casserole dish, make sure it's as even as possible
Step 6) Bake the crust for 10 minutes, careful not to burn it
Step 7) Dice green bell pepper and mix in garlic powder
Step 8) In measuring cup add 6 cups and cream then mix together
Step 9) Add the Diced Green Bell Peppers, Pepper and Salt
Step 10) Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth consistency
Step 11) Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread out as needed
Step 12) Bake the quiche for 15-20 minutes at 350 F until the center is firm (optional to broil it for 3-5 afterwards)
Step 13) Let the quiche cool or put it in the fridge for 1 hour to allow it to firm up or enjoy!
