Ingredients
8 Oz of Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp of Almond Flour
4 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
3/4 Cup of Blueberries
2 Tbsp of Butter
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream
Coconut Oil Spray
1 Tbsp of Almond Flour
4 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
3/4 Cup of Blueberries
2 Tbsp of Butter
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream

Serving Size - 9 Pancakes
Instructions
Step 1) Set a small pan on a low heat setting and allow it roughly 4 minutes to heat up
Step 2) Combine the 4 oz of cream cheese, eggs and 1 tbsp of butter in a blender then blend for 60 seconds
Step 3) Add the baking powder, flours and cinnamon then blend again until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Grease the pan with 1 tbsp of butter then spray a light coating of coconut spray onto the pan
Step 5) Pour a small portion of batter into the pan then cover it with a lid for 2 minutes
Step 6) After 2 minutes have elapsed, flip the pancake and allow it to cook on the other side for another 2 minutes
Step 7) Remove the pancake from the pan, spray the pan then begin another pancake
Step 8) Using a handheld blender, combine the remaining cream cheese, blueberries and almond milk
Step 9) Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 10) Once all of your pancake batter has been used, pour the blueberry sauce on top of your pancakes and enjoy!
