Ingredients


1/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of Blueberries
1/2 tbsp of Sugar (Xyla)
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Softened Butter
2/3 Cup of Almond Flour
1/3 Cup of Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 Egg

Serving Size - 7 cookies


Instructions


Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F

Step 2) In a large bowl add the butter then sugar, cream both together until smooth

Step 3) Add the egg and beat it, then insert the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth

Step 4) In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients

Step 5) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients slowly, mixing as you go

Step 6) Add the chocolate chips and blueberries to the mixture then continue stirring until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 7) Using a scooper or by hand, place a normal sized portion of the batter on a baking sheet

Step 8) Bake for roughly 15-20 minutes depending upon how you like your cookies

Step 9) After 15-20 minutes has elapsed remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes

Step 10) Refrigerate them for 24 hours to allow them to solidify
