Ingredients
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Crushed Almonds
1/2 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1/2 Cup Crushed Cashews
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
16 Oz Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Crushed Almonds
1/2 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1/2 Cup Crushed Cashews

Serving Size - 10 "Bombs"
Instructions
Step 1) Combine the nuts, cashews and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl
Step 2) Roll the mixture into circular balls then refrigerate them for 2 hours to allow them to solidify
Step 3) In a blender add the blueberries, cream and milk, blending until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Once 2 hours has elapsed remove the balls from the fridge and coat them in the blueberry mixture
Step 5) After all of the balls are coated, place them in the freezer for 24 hours until they have solidified
Step 2) Roll the mixture into circular balls then refrigerate them for 2 hours to allow them to solidify
Step 3) In a blender add the blueberries, cream and milk, blending until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) Once 2 hours has elapsed remove the balls from the fridge and coat them in the blueberry mixture
Step 5) After all of the balls are coated, place them in the freezer for 24 hours until they have solidified
