Ingredients
2 Cups of Blackberries
1 Cup of Chocolate Chunks
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Almonds
1 Cup of Chocolate Chunks
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Almonds
Serving Size - 20 Bars
Instructions
Step 1) In a pot melt the chocolate chunks and stir until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 2) Add the heavy cream to the chocolate and continue stirring for roughly 5 minutes
Step 3) Then pour the chocolate into the baking pan and set it aside
Step 4) In a blender, add the blackberries, cream cheese and almond milk then blend for roughly 3 minutes
Step 5) Pour the blackberry mixture into the pan with the chocolate then using a fork combine the two mixtures
Step 6) Place the pan in the freezer for 24 hours to allow it to solidify
