Ingredients
1 Cup of Kale
1/3 lb of thinly sliced flank steak
1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tbsp of White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Cauliflower Rice
1/3 Cup of Chopped Red Onion
1/3 lb of thinly sliced flank steak
1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tbsp of White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Cauliflower Rice
1/3 Cup of Chopped Red Onion
Instructions
Step 1) Heat a pan on a medium-low setting then pour in 1/2 tbsp of Olive oil, fully coating the pan
Step 2) Pour the cauliflower rice in the pan along with the vinaigrette and onions
Step 3) Allow the cauliflower to cook for 4-5 minutes until a golden yellow texture is achieved
Step 4) Remove the cauliflower from the pan then add the kale
Step 5) Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil into the pan along with the kale, allowing it to cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 6) After 4-5 minutes have elapsed, remove the kale from the pan and place it on top of the cauliflower rice
Step 7) Re-coat the pan with the remaining olive oil then place the pieces of steak in the pan
Step 8) Pour soy sauce, heavy cream and vinegar into the pan, allowing it to mix with the steak
Step 9) Be sure not to move the steak so that it can sear on each side, allow it to sit for 4 minutes
Step 10) After 4 minutes have elapsed, flip over each piece of steak and allow it 4 more minutes to cook on the other side
Step 11) Remove the steak from the pan then place it on top of the kale and pour the remaining sauce in the pan on top
Step 2) Pour the cauliflower rice in the pan along with the vinaigrette and onions
