Ingredients
1 Cup of Almond Flour
2 Butter Sticks
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Pink Salt
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup of Blueberries
1/4 Cup Xylitol (Optional)
4 Eggs

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) In a mixing bowl combine the butter and 4 oz of cream cheese using a mixer
Step 3) Add the eggs, vanilla extract, cream and then using a hand mixer, mix until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 4) In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt
Step 5) Pour the blueberries into the wet ingredients and thoroughly mix them in
Step 6) Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing as you go
Step 7) Mix the ingredients together until no chunks are visible
Step 8) Bake the pan in the oven for roughly 40-50 minutes until a solid center is achieved
Step 9) Once the designated time has elapsed, remove the pan from the oven
Step 10) Allow the pan to cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
